Participants from the Cultural Leadership masters program at NIDA are preparing themselves for leading arts organisations into the uncertain future. In order to help them with useful approaches and methods, we have been invited to introduce them to futuring tools and ways to use futuring concepts not only as management but also as cultural processes.
Cultural organisations face different stressors to more mainstream organisations in emerging futures, and the ability to apply futures literacy combined with cultural awareness and arts thinking helps organisations better survive and thrive in the volatile futures which confront us.

Das National Institute for Dramatic Arts (NIDA) in Sydney (AUS) hat uns eingeladen mit den Studierenden des Cultural Managements Programme zu arbeiten.
In einem mehrtägigen Workshop werden wir gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmer*innen mit den Qualitäten und Vorzügen eines aktiven, bewussten Imaginierens hoffnungsvoller Zukünfte in der Kulturarbeit experimentieren, um im Anschluss die entstehenden Szenarios dahingehend zu reflektieren, wie aus ihnen etwaige Anleitungen für ein gegenwärtiges Tun extrahiert werden können.
