In 'Tasting tomorrow’, FoAM explores food as a manifestation of European diversity. The exploration begins on Malta - a small island within the complex archipelago of European food cultures.
In this workshop we will design alternative scenarios for food futures in Malta, based on insights from our conversations last week. The first day (27/4) will end with a Tasting Tomorrow culinary challenge. Some of you might prefer to take up this challenge on your own - in your own gardens or kitchens, while others might like to co-create culinary experiments with each other. Those who want to work together will have the opportunity to do so on the second day of the workshop (28/4), when we will be designing experimental dishes and menus, to be prototyped and served at the Tasting Tomorrow event.
